Our sourdough bread is made in a home kitchen in small batches. It is better for your gut health and easier to digest than yeast bread. It is incredible that real sourdough bread is only made with 3 ingredients - water, flour, and salt! (sourdough starter is water and flour) Sometimes in store but made to order, please give 5-7 days notice as sourdough is naturally fermented and takes time to make. It does freeze well!

Fresh milled wheat is far superior as far as health benefits since all of the vitamins are in tact and not bleached or sifted out and replaced with synthetics like you might find in the store. I use non-GMO hard white wheat berries. These rolls have a more earthy, robust flavor and darker color but are still fluffy and delicious! Only made with real, natural ingredients. my take on cinnamon rolls...baked perfectly into pull-apart bites with butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar with a cream cheese frosting over top, they are irresistible!
